Read My StoryWhy I’m Speaking Up
My name is Anna Zhang, and I'm a lot owner in the Sovereign Islands. What started as a simple billing error — a double charge for levies — turned into a long, frustrating struggle for answers.
Along the way, I began to wonder about transparency and accountability in the Gateway Company.
I'm sharing my story because I believe other members deserve to know what happened, and because your experiences may help shine a light on issues affecting us all.
The Purpose of this Website
My Story & Experience
You can read my full story on the My Story Page or watch the video explanation where I have shared my own experience with the Gateway Company. This story was not easy to share, but I felt it was important because I wondered whether others in the Gateway Company have faced similar challenges, or perhaps very different ones, that also deserve to be heard.
Our Mission
One story alone is not enough, and to truly understand what is happening, and to consider whether action is needed, I need to hear from you.
That is why I have created this website – to gather the voices of the Gateway Company's members. Your story, your concerns and your feedback matter.
You can be assured that:
1. I am only a member of the Gateway Company, not part of the board or management. I have no other role or affiliation with the Gateway Company.
2. Anything you share with me will be kept confidential, and at this stage only shared with Andy Kwok (Andy, who is assisting me with matters related to the Gateway Company and is also committed to confidentiality) or with my professional advisors bound by legal obligations of confidentiality.
3. If we feel that a matter raised by you requires further steps, I will reach out to ask for your consent before anything is done.
